Description

NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with General Dynamics, Advanced Technical Products, 2000 Brunswick Lane, Deland, FL 32724, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1), for the manufacture and delivery of 35 Bio logical Agent Warning Sensors (BAWS) to support the Joint Biological Point Detection System under a proposed Firm Fixed Price Modification. The contractor is considered to have the resources, experience, and capabilities to meet the requirement within the program schedule. (See also Note 22)
