- NA The United States Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command located in Rock Island Illinois intends to award a sole source purchase order to: EServ LLC, 145 Arts Alley, Rock Island, Illinois, for on-site engineering services to provide a Pro/E Detailer a nd Pro/E Modeler to help create and update the M240 Machine Gun 2-D engineering line drawings and 3-D solid models. The effort will be for 18 man-weeks at 40 hours per week (2 persons @ 9 weeks each, total 18 man-weeks). This is a continuation of effort currently being provided by Eserv LLC under a separat e purchase order. Other interested firms able to meet these requirements are invited to submit a response within 2 working days after appearance of this notice but only in writing with clear and convincing documentation to TACOM-RI, 1 Rock Island Arsenal, ATTN: AMSTA-AQ-ARI/Roxanne Little; Rock Island, IL 61299-6000 or by email to Roxanne Little at: roxanne.little@us.army.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. If no affirmative responses are received clearly demonstrating a vendor??????s ability to meet the Government??????s need within 2 working days after publication of this notice a sole source purchase order shall be issued to Eserv LLC. All contractors who provide goods and services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to be awarded DOD contracts.
