- NA The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 the procurement of a Weight and Center Gravity and Moment of Inertia Instrument (W&CG/MOI), Systems Software and System Accessories. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Space Electronics, Inc., 81 Fuller Way, Berlin, CT, 06037-1540. The equipment and software design and technical data are proprietary to Space Electr onics, Inc. This requirement of one (1) each SE200-02 CG Single axis CG Instrument, one (1) each XKR1A MOI Instrument, and one (1) each SE90115 which includes software and interface SE200 and XKR1A, installed to include training. The SE90115 must be com patible and interact with existing SE9658A Weight and CG Instrment . Award of this requirement will be made in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3829 with a size standard of 500 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A decision to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of th e Government.
