- Chemical Warfare Defense Equipment purchase of Chemical Warfare Defense Equipment for Barksdale AFB LA. Items include Green Vinyl Overboots (8430-01-317-3385 Size 14), Green Vinyl Overboots (8430-01-450-0359 Size 15), Green Vinyl Overboots (8430-01-450-0357 Size 16), Green Vinyl Overboots (8430-01-450-0358 Size 17), Green Vinyl Overboots (8430-01-450-0360 Size 18), small glove inserts (8415-01-138-2494), small gloves (8415-01-138-2497), and waterproof laundry bags (8465-00-261-6909) for mobility bags. The applicable NAICS Code is NAICS 448190 with the small business size standard being $5M. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans, LA Small Business District. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a small business concern, the acquisition for small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition open to all responsive bidders. Small and large businesses as well as women-owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Items provided must be the National Stock Number (NSN) indicated above. Quantities will be specified at time of issuance of the solicitation. Award will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government; price and other factors are considered. Applicable factors will be listed in the solicitation. A SINGLE award will be made for all items listed.
