- NOTE: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (MUST SPECIFY), PLEASE PROVIDE GSA SCHEDULE IF APPLICABLE. NO SPLIT SHIPMENT WILL BE ALLOWED. ALL OR NONE. Air Conditioning Unit, Air-Cooled Scroll Chillers with Intergrated Hydronic System (25 Tons) (Carrier Model Number 30RA-090-A-901-EE) or Equal Must have the following features: 1) EERs up to 10.1 and part-load ratings as high as 14.2 2) Nominal 25 tons 3) Aquasnap @ 400-3-50 4) Flow switch, strainer, and blow-down valve as standard components. 5) Hermetic Scroll compressors that are maintenance-free and protected by an auto-adaptive control that minimizes compressor wear. 6) Water Heat Exchanger 7) Comfortlink Control Syetem to Monitor and Control each AquaSnap Chiller in Plain English. 8) Scrolling Marquee Display which provides up to 60 Characters for the 15 dianostic read/write functions. 9) Flying Bird Low Noise Fan(s) - Two Speed 10) Hydronic Module (single pump tank) 11) Main Disconnect Switch 12) Protection Grills Package 13) Refrigerant R407c 14) Option Freeze Protection and Low Ambient Operation to -20 Degrees F(-29 Degrees Celcius) 15) Field-Proven Design Backed by a 12 month Warranty that includes the optional Hydronic System. Must Have The Following Options: A) OPT- 002B - "Blygold Polual" Treatment on Condenser Coils B) OPT- 028 - Winter Operation Down to OAT - 20 C and Bring Unit for Leaving Brine from OC to 10 C. 0C) SEI-4C - Export packing for 30RA-090.
