- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Firm-Fixed Price contract with the Washington Department of Fish and Game to participate in the development and coordination of population identification, VSP delisting criteria, and ESU-wide delisting scenarios reports for the mid Columbia, upper Columbia, and Snake River steelhead ESUs, upper Columbia and Snake River spring/summer chinook ESUs, and the Snake River fall chinook and sockeye ESUs. The specific tasks support and address major tasks 2 (Development of viable salmonid population (VSP) delisting criteria for the populations), and 3 (Development of alternative ESU-wide delisting scenarios) as identified in the Interagency Agreement (IA) between the Bureau of Reclamation, Bonneville Power Administration, Army Corps of Engineers and the National Marine Fisheries Service for funding third party efforts to produce reports and other similar items for the Interior Columbia River Basin Technical Recovery Team (TRT). NAICS Code is 541990. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all submittals received within 45 days after the date of posting of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete these requirements based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
