Description

The U. S. Department of Agricultural, Agricultural Research Service intends to procure a sole source procurement to George Foster for the development of the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE) technology documentation. The contractor will be responsible for providing a soil erosion prediction model to be used as a management tool for farm planning. The deliverable includes progress reports documenting the science aspects of the model, include text and interpretation, mathematical relationships, data sets, figures and graphs as well as a instructional user?s guide for public and private use. The contract will be for the period of June 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with an option to extend for one year.
