Description

The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Pacific Division is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for; DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001:, 340 EA., LUMAPRO MODEL # 4VW93, Incandescent light motion sensor. CLIN 0002: 450 EA., MODEL # 3JK34, Incandescent lamp required accessory. The RFQ number is MDA412-03-T-0048. This solicitation is a commercial type products and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR PART 12 and 13), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 13). This announce constitutes the only Request For Quotation. No written RFQ will be issued. This RFQ is for small Business set-aside. Women owned business are encouraged to participate. GSA offerors are acceptable. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Basis of Award: The government will award a purchase order to the contractor offering the best overall value to the Government, price and other factors will be considered. In addition to price, past performance will be used to evaluate offers where past performance is significantly more important than price. Evaluation of past performance does not require the creation or existence of a formal database, but may be on such information as the Contracting Officers knowledge, previous work experience, customer surveys, etc. The North American Industry Classification for this requirement is 335129. Interested/capable sources must be registered and provide a there Central Contract Registration (CCR) number along with there quote. Registration information for CCR is located at the following web-site; http://www.ccr.gov/. Offers are due 12: 00 PM EST 17 May 2003. Quote must be valid for 60 calendar days after close of solicitation. . All quote shall provide destination shipping cost to: DDD/SJ, Tracy Depot Bldg. 30CCP, 25600-Chrisman Rd, Tracy CA. 95376..
