- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Texas for rigistration fees for membership in the Construction Industry Institute. SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerc ial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations; a written solicitation will no t be issued. The solicitation number is DACA72-03-T-0005, which is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. NAICS code is 611310. The period of perform ance for registration is June 2003 to June 2004. The following FAR provisions apply FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Additional FAR and DFAR clauses are applicable: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.232-33, and 252.225-7001.
