- NA Pre-solicitation notice is amended as follows: Contractor to provide on-site welding services to include removal, cutting and welding of plating and structural framing of various thickness and sizes as well as fabrication and installation of new componene ts. Contract shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Qauntity contract for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. The Request for Quotes will be issued on or around 20 May 2003, with the closing date being close of business 10 June 2003. The Request for Quote should be addressed to: USACE-Wilmington, Contracting Division, Attn: Ms. Tammy D. Lopez, P.O. Box 1890, Wilmington, NC 28402-1890 or by fax to: (910) 251-4454, Attn: Ms. Tammy D. Lopez.
