This solicitiation is to down select for Phase II of the Program Definition Risk Reduction (PDRR) for the RCSS. Competition for this solicitation is limit ed to the the following two contractors that were selected from Request For Proposal DAAH01-01-R-0002 for Phase I (PDRR): (1)Messa Associates, Inc., 9238 Madison Blvd Suite 116 Bldg 2, Madison, AL 35758 and (2) Science & Engineering Svc Inc., 1584 W. Linc oln Trail Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160-2549. See numbered note 22
