- NA This requirment is 100% set aside for small business. SIC: 0721, NAICS: 115112. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All request to edgertj@lewis.army.mil (preferred), providing the business size, DUN and Bradstreet number's and Cage Code are availab le. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration Data Base at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award.All facsimile requests must include a email address. The request for quotation will be issued and available for download at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 9 May 03. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary for ground application of herbicide. All work is to be performed at the Yakima Training Center (YTC), Yakima, Washington. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation statement of work. Background Information: Designated improved and semi-improved grounds areas within the Cantonment Area of YTC require recurring maintenance to maintain these areas free of all vegetation. Target Species for this contract are all species growing within th e control areas, unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer.
