- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number F2SF0031050400. (iii) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6910 with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. The associated NAICS code is 332994. (iv) This synopsis/solicitation contains one contract line item number (CLIN) CLIN 0001. Description is as follows: Contractor shall provide 11 ea. M4 Carbine manufactured by Colt?s Manufacturing Company,Inc. Cutaway for Training purposes to 11 different shipping addresses as below (1ea M4 per address): 3 SFS/CC 2900 9th ST. (vi) A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued based upon the proposal determined to provide the best value- price and delivery date. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of price and delivery date. (vii) Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?Commercial Items, excluding paragraph (b) of the provision (IAW DFARS 212.301(b)(2)).
