- A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for NSN: 2915-01-222-6311NZ, Honeywell P/N 351018A, NOUN: Module Kit, segment selector, QTY: Minimum 5 ea, Medium 10 each, Maximum 15 each Required Delivery: 2004 July, Destination: Ship to FB2039, Size and Dimensions: 3 ? inches X 2 ? inches approx, Predominant Material: Aluminum, steel, Form, Fit and Function: A four way electro hydraulic speed valve (EHSV) positions the segment selector valve upon request from the DEEC on the augmenter fuel control for the F100PW220 engine. Qualification requirements are not available for this Part Number. The only approved source at this time is Honeywell. Anticipated Award date is 30 Sep 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for solicitations may be faxed to (405) 734-8776. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
