- Description
- The Government intends to purchase forty (40) CONEX shipping containers for Nellis Air Force Base range targets. The containers must be 40 feet by 8 feet in dimension and can be used (not new) without holes and with doors. The containers must be structurally sound so they will support another placed on top of them or stood on end. Slight rust is acceptable as are small holes no larger than 6 inches in diameter. Delivery will be to the Mile Range building on Indian Springs Air Force Auxiliary Station ONLY between the hours of 0700 and 1600 PST. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 336212 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract listed here is restricted to small business firms. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. NOTE: Prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Registering may take up to 3 weeks to process. Contractors may access the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Solicitation F26600-03-Q-B030 will be posted on or about 8 May 2003.
