Description

The following pre-solicitation notice (original text follows) posted on FedBizOps (www.eps.gov) on 14 Apr 03 is hereby cancelled in it entirety. ****ORIGINAL TEXT**** The purpose of this project is to secure Holloman AFB's Wellheads by installing an above ground bault and fencing around each unprotected well. Required also in this project will be any piping work needed to fit the vault over the wellhead. Basic bid includes vault work on wellheads B-38, B-44, D-1, D-2, D-5, D-6, D-7, SA-2, and SA-4 plus fencing around wells B-2, B-5, B-15, B-17, B-26, B-34, B-35, B-38, B-44, SA-2, SA-4, D-1, D-2, D-7, and the well field compound. Additive items include security fencing around wells D-3, D-5, D-6 B-33 and B-16 and the water tank at SA-2. All bidders shall be familiar with all terms, conditions, and requirements contained herein. The North American Industry Classicication System Code is 233310 and small business size standard is $11.5 million. This will be set aside on a cascading basis. Priorities will be as follows: Section (8A) contractors, HUBZONE, and all other small business. The project magnitude is less then $500K. Solicitation will be posted on or about 29 April and must be downloaded from FedBizOps at www.eps.gov; do not request via mail or fax. You must be in the Central Contractor Registration Database to be eligible to receive award.
