- Description
- VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville, IL intends to procure commercial item services under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 for courier services between VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville, IL and Community Based Outpatient Clinics located at Springfield, Illinois; Decatur, Illinois, Peoria, Illinois and Lafayette, Indiana. Deliveries and pickups shall be less than 50 pounds and will include laboratory specimens and misc. mail. Contract is for a base period starting July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 with two (2) one year options, pending availability of funds. The NAICS code is 492110 and a small business standard is 1500 employees or less. This is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation may be downloaded at available URL address on or about May 13, 2003. No telephone calls or e-mails will be accepted for solicitation documents. The offer is responsible for downloading all documents and amendments from the website listed without further notification from the VA.
