- Provide Field Review of Appraisal Services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in City of Seattle, WA and surrounding metropolitan area. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulation's (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) not to exceed $100,000. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is set aside for small business concerns. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 521320, with a Size Standard of $1.5 Million. The proposed purchase order will be for a period of one year. RFQ Q3D8AAC0023 will be available to download from HUD's web page at : http//www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm on or around May 19, 2003. Quotations will be due on or around June 6, 2003. Potential quoters who download copies of the solicitation from HUD's Home Page Contracting Opportunities will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation.
