- All bids due by 10:00 a.m. Please call (202) 720-3812 to request a copy of the RFQ to be completed. Complete blocks 11-b, 11/e-f, 12-16 of RFQ-OPPM-03-Q-41. Requirement will be processed using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contractor shall provide the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington Area Service Center, Repair & Alterations Branch with carpet as specified on the RFQ form. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside that will be awarded VIA return of quote. Award will be made May 15, 2003.
