- Description
- Project consists of removal of existing bridge and replacing with a prestressed concrete superstructure and reinforced concrete abutments. Work includes construction of a detour roadway, re-route utilities, place riprap, erect prefabricated concrete girders, place abutments, curbs and end diaphragms, backfill and construct roadway approaches, new guardrails and object markers, final grading and seeding in accordance with the plans and specifications. The bridge is located near Nemo, SD. Project is located in Meade County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Estimated bid range is between $250,000 - $500,000. The NAICS code is 237310. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Solicitation is open competition for both large and small business. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this website exclusively. The solicitation will be issued approximately May 22, 2003. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 6, 2003. Bids are tentatively due June 24, 2003.
