- Description
- This solicitation consists of services to thin 1690 acres of ponderosa pine ranging from 2 foot in height to 8.9? DBH to an average spacing of 16? X 16? between leave trees. Cut material 3?DBH and greater will be required to be decked in approved landings. Contractor will have the option of purchasing all or part of the decked materials. Work is located both in Pennington and Meade counties, Black Hills National Forest, SD. All work must be completed by July 7, 2004. The NAICS code is 115310. This is a 100% small business set-aside. See Numbered Note No. 1. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this website exclusively. The solicitation is to be issued approximately June 5, 2003. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 6/18/03. Proposals are expected to be due by July 8, 2003.
