- Solicitation for End Item: NSN 5995-01-391-9892, YPG03106001105, Dwg: 13873013919892-99004 DTD 99 January 04. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 180 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. QAP 002. NAICS is 333591. This is a full and open competitive procurement. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an indefinite delivery purchase order. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 861 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 532 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
