- Solicitation Number SP450-03-R-3310, LTC03010100758, NSNS: 6840-00-823-7849, Insecticide, Pyrethrin; Whitmire?s P/N PT 565 PLUS XLO; 3740-01-338-5390, Sprayer, Pesticide, Manually carried; Whitmire?s P/N 21-0700 (System VII single pack). EPA REG No. 499-310 or 499-290. Registration and labeling are required. Unit box contains twelve 20 oz net wt. And unit qty is 1 each for Sprayer. This is commercial item. This solicitation will be solicited as Other than Full and Open competition and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year plus (4) option years. Automated Best Value System applies, The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Line item 0001 is stock (AQ5) Tracy, CA, Line item 0002 is stock for (SRG) Richmond, VA, QAP 001. Line Item 0003 is (DVD), Direct Vendor Delivery, QAP 022 for EDI. Requested FOB Origin for DVD, FOB Destination for stocks. All lines, Inspection and Acceptance will be Destination. The solicitation will be issue on _May 22, 2003_with a closing date of __June 12, 2003__.
