- Sources sought for the Chaplain's Kits with Components. This is an Total Small Business Set-Aside buy with a base year plus 4 (four) 365 Option Years and a guaranteed base and option year minimum dollar value of $43,593.48 and a guaranteed base and option year maximum dollar value of $128,772.20. This is a Best Value solicitation using the Evaluation Factors of 1 PDM(Product Demonstration Models), Past Performance, Bill and Hold, and the DLA Small Business Mentoring Program. The destination of New Cumberland, Pa. plus a Bill and Hold status will be utilized. There will be a various number of deliveries. The National Stock Number (NSN) is Various (9925). No pattern is available, but the Specification numbers are of FR/PD 99-05 (March 8, 1999), FR/PD 99-07 (March 8 1999), FR/PD 99-08 (March 8, 1999), FR/PD 99-09 (March 8, 1999), and FR/PD 99-06 (March 8, 1999). This solicitation upon award reserves the right to add NSNs and to do award specials. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102 (d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
