- NSN: Shield Kit, Machine Gun NSN 2541-01-497-9999 I/A/W Drawing 19207 57K0433. FOB Destinatino/Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article Testing is applicable. NOTES 1 and 26 apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 29 May 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items will be shipped to various locations within conus. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to subject Request For Proposal issuance date is as follows: 13 June 2003.
