- Description
- The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 11,500 sq. ft. of rentable space. Rentable office space must yeild 10,500 occupiable sq. ft. available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Contiguous first floor space is preferable. The buildings offered must be located in Stockton, CA, within the following boundaries: West: Hwy I-5 East: Eldorado Street North: Hammer Lane South: Calaveras River/River Drive The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction and be an EXISTING CLASS "A" BUILDING. Space must be in a quality building located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a modern design. The Government requires a fully service lease. The building must also conform to the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or the 1970 Edition if the lateral resisting system is of a steel construction or the 1976 edition if the lateral load resisting system if of concrete or masonry construction. The term of the lease is Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm with 60 day termination rights by the Government. Occupancy is required by September 1, 2003.
