- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. has a requirement for 1 set of cable assemblies conforming to Navy lead drawing 6238497-1,2,3,4,5,6 & 7 Rev E and associated drawings PL6238497 ?1 thru 7 Rev E, 5727569 Rev C, 6105323 Rev B, 6238498 Rev A, PL6238498-1 thru 7 Rev A, 6510001 No Rev, 6510002 No Rev, 5727530 Rev A, 5729445 Rev D, 714938 Rev H, 734444 Rev A, and 5727620 No Rev. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. The Arms Export Control Act restricts distribution of drawings to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program. NAICS code 335931 applies. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 Simplified Commercial Acquisition Procedures. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. When is sued, the RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 16 May 2003. Award will be made on, or about 2 June 2003. This office will maintain no bidders list. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solic itation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered notes 1 and 8 apply.
