- Description
- Furnish all labor, equipment, mat and supplies for the construction of a new 2,300 sf 3 bedroom, 2 bath, residence at the Quinault National Fish Hatchery near Aberdeen, WA. Work includes conventional perimeter concrete strip footing and stem wall, post and beam floor framing, western platform wall framing, prefabricated wood truss roof system, ADA compliant. Performance time is 120 calendar days. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions. The estimated construction price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. The issue and due dates are approximations.
