- NA U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center has a requirement for ballistic testing and evaluation services in accordance with the Statement of Work.The testing services shall provide ballistic performance data on samples supplied by the Government. Testing will be performed in accordance with specified procedures on developmental armor samples, prototype armor items and fielded armor items. This testing will support armor research and development programs at the Natick Soldier Systems Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts. This procurement is unrestricted. The period of performance is one year from the date of award. The SIC code for this procurement is 8999. The Government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract.
