Description

NA The following changes are hereby made to the synopsis published on May 1, 2003: (1) In the Housing Criteria, Criterion 2: Safety is changed to read: You shall submit your latest workmen??????s compensation rating. In order to achieve a blue rating, you m ust have at least a rating of 80. (2) In the Performance Statement of Work, Paragraph C.5.2 Service Calls, sentence three and four are hereby changed to read: The average service call is 375 service calls per month. Adjustments may be made when a moving six month average varies plus or minus 50 percent from this average. Paragraph C.5.3 Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM), sentence two is hereby changed to read: Seven (7) units a month requiring change of occupancy processing should be in your fixed pr ice. Estimated Level of Effort and Performance Requirement Statement on the botton of page 19 through page 23 are hereby deleted in their entirety.
