- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 3 each: Audiobipolar micro-controller-based isolated Electrosurgical Generator, model #FORCE FX-8CA, 1 each: Monopolar footswitch (Cord length 3m/10ft) unit, model # E6008, 3 each: Base Cart for Universal Mounting System, model # E8011HF and 2 each: Service manuals and user/operator manuals required with shipment. Manufacturer: Valleylab. These items must be 220 volt/50-60hz power supply for use in Europe. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM560630650700. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423450 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 52 MED/SGL Medical Logistics, GEB. 61 US-Wohnsiedlung, D-54634 Bitburg, Germany.
