- Desc. (2 EA) Life Fitness Treadmills, (1 EA) Life Fitness Lifecycle Bike, and (6 EA) Life Fitness Cross Trainers. The following are Life Fitness Model Numbers and are applicable: TR9700HR-03 (2 EA), LC9500RHR-31 (1 EA), CT9500HRR (1 EA). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Items quoted must be Life Fitness Model Numbers as stated above. Substitutes are not acceptable. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation--commercial items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications - commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions - commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders--commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Response date is May 15, 2003 and anticipated award date is May 19, 2003. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-7549, ATTN: Mandy Mathews or e-mailed to Mandy.Mathews@robins.af.mil. All interested parties must be registered in Contractor Central Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 for award consideration.
