- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is performing market research in preparation for issuing a solicitation for Primary Care Medical Services in the Iron Range/Hibbing, Minnesota Area. This is not a solicitation and the VAMC does not intend to award a contract based on this conference, but wants to obtain delivery and capability information for planning purposes. You are invited to participate in this conference on Friday, May 16, 2003 beginning at 9:00am in the Whispering Pines Room, Hibbing Park Hotel & Suites, 1402 East Howard St., Hibbing, MN 55746. The Minneapolis VAMC currently has 1700 patients enrolled in the Hibbing CBOC program, generating approximately 5100 clinic visits a year. The Government is contemplating enrolling an additional 800 patients or increasing the number of clinic visits to 7500/year.
