- The solicitation should be available for download from the Federal Business Opportunities web-site on or about 05/19/2003. It is the intent of the Government to purchase six (6) Fresenius 2008K dialysis systems using sole source procurement. Contractor shall provide Fresenius 2008K EE Dialysis machine as described in the requirements and specifications for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161.
