- Description
- Contractor to provide labor, transportation, equipment and supervision to perform complete grounds maintenance and related services for the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, located in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, lawn mowing, edging and trimming, weeding, mulching, trimming and pruning and snow and ice removal. The contract will begin o/a 7/1/03 through 9/30/03 with two option years, all subject to the availability of funds. Electronic solictiations will be available on the internet o/a 5/23/03. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Interested parties are required to submit prices and clear and convincing data substantiating their qualifications to satisfy this requirement. Quotations are due by the close of business on 6/10/03 and should be mailed to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Black Horse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. Electronic offers will not be accepted. See Numbered Note 1.
