- Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13. To construct two water wells, one water well abandonment, two water pressure systems with Government Furnished Enclosures for two homes located on private property (fee land) within Lake and Mendocino Counties, California. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested contractors must submit a request in writing no later than 20 May 2003. Request for quotations will be available and mailed to prospective contractors on 21 May 2003. This is NOT a sealed bid as governed by FAR Part 14. There will be no bid opening date. Quotations returned to this office will be evaluated using the criteria for small purchases in FAR Part 13. This RFQ is Totally SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
