- NSN 6515-01-321-5211, Airway Kit, Percutaneous, Emergency, Adult Size, Disposable, Sterile: For Cricothyroidotomy Procedures During Emergencies. Total Quantity: 380 EA. Delivery: 151 EA to San Joaquin, CA and 229 EA to New Cumberland, PA, by September 9, 2003. Airway Kits must meet the requirements of Medical Procurement Item Description No. 1, dated 8 August 1990, which will be included in the solicitation package. Procurement is Unrestricted. Previous awardee: Tri-Anim Health Services, Inc., $130.00, March 14, 2003.
