- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of a variety of HINGES. Solicitation SP0560-03-R-0092 will be issued to support this initiative for various 5340 Hinges. The initial solicitation will require pricing for approximately 98 core items, with a list of up to approximately 1093 additional NSN?s to be evaluated and added as requirements arise. The listing of core and potential adds (universe) is attached. Items will be awarded by lot. This solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a two (2) base years with three (3) one-year options. This will be a best value source selection acquisition in which technical merit is considered more important than price. Solicitation SP0560-03-R-0092 is expected to be issued on 5/19/2003 and may not become available until the solicitation issue date.
