- 1. Amendment 0002 has been issued to clarify color of the containers and add a line for the pricing of repainting. This pertains to the both the basic quantities and the option quantities. The closing date has not been extended. The amendment will appear on the DSCP Procurement Gateway. Hard copies WILL NOT be provided. The instructions to obtain the solicitation form the Gateway is as follows: Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home. From the Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the right-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). In order to download and view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com . 5. The solicitation will be issued after April 7, 2003.
