- Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC website http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after 29 May 2003. An alternate site is www.dscc.dla.mil. After reaching the website, click on ?Selling to DSCC? then on ?Corporate Contract/Tailored Support Solicitations. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 3-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 2 option years). Options are 100% Options for Increased Quantity for 7 NSNs (5950-00-067-5131, 5950-00-793-8082, 5950-01-157-0625, 5950-01-236-4399, 5950-01-276-8863, 5998-01-043-6560 and 5998-01-043-6561). Approved sole source is OECO, LLC. (95266) and will be solicited as such under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, surge capabilities and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 1-50<. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. The delivery schedule varies depending on the item and is available upon request. See Note 26.
