Description

This ia a notice of intent to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Thermo Solutions, Inc. (TSI), 6311 Cambridge Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55416 to purchase the following items. 10 Each Golden Hour Blood Cooler Containers (with Thermal Isolation Chambers(TIC))(Color ? Woodland Camo) and 10 Each Golden Hour Blood Cooler Containers (with Termal Isolation Chambers (TIC))(Color ? Desert Camo). These bags are designed to hold four units of blood at +1C to +10C (33.8 F to 50 F)for a period in excess of 48 hours, in ambient conditions of - 20C and/or ?40.5C (-4 F to + 105 F). Size: Exterior: 9.8?L X 8.8?W X 9.8?D, Interior (payload area) 6/0?L X 5.0?W X 6.0?D. Hot Weather TIC Application; Pre-conditioned in a freezer at ?20 C (-4 f) for 6+ Hours. Cold Weather TCI Application: Preconditioned at +4 C (+39.2F) for 2 hours. Interested parties may identify interest and capability by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publicaiton of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
