- Set 1 of Questions and Answers in response to Draft 2 of the RFP have been posted. It is anticipated that Additional Questions and Answers will be posted prior to release of the final RFP. MDA/TC will make its best effort to keep potential Offerors informed of major changes in the request for proposal. However, potential Offerors are cautioned that the Government reserves the right to change any or all parts of a draft RFP without notice prior to release of the final RFP.
