- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled COMPLETE DESIGN OF RUB RIG, SOLICITATION NO. 03-C3C-02 which was posted on APRIL 29, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: The NAICS Code has been corrected to read: The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 541710/500 employees respectively. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
