- REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,000 ANSI/BOMA rentable square feet of office space in Honolulu, Hawaii yielding at least 4,725 ANSI/BOMA Useable Square Feet and 3 parking spaces. The Space must be located in a prime commercial district with attractive surroundings in a modern office building or new construction with parking for at least 25 cars within a one-block radius. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated areas: NORTH: Vineyard Street, SOUTH: Nimitz Highway, EAST: Richards Street, WEST: River Street. OFFERS FROM OTHER ADJACENT AREAS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF NO SUITABLE OFFERS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE DELINEATED AREA SET FORTH ABOVE. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by September 1, 2003.
