- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting quotes for the following 1. (1ea.) BEP p/n 2M028949, Spur Gear Box Kompl. GR. 7A REF: Main Drive- Cycle Drive Goebel P/N 2-640-000669 ?8? item 285 repair part for the Goebel Stamp Coiling Machine III. 2. (2ea.) BEP p/n 2M024468 Motor Hydraulic Actuating Blatt 308 Teil 3, Bird-Johnson No. 5100308-1 Repair part for the I-8 wiper Tank Brush Movement. 3. (4ea) BEP p/n 2E022783 Relay over current A&G type B275/910-341-958-00 with 1 N.0 and 1 N.C. set of Aux contacts adjustable current range is 15 to 23 amps for AEG contractors type LS27 or LS37 repair part for GOEBEL Stamp coiling machine The simplified acquisition procedures set for the in FARS parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes only Solicitation; therefore, a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS (formerly SIC) code is 3559 and the associated small business size standard is 100 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is (RFQ-03- 0373). The total quantity is 11. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the (BEP) Loading Dock at D Street between 13th and 14th SW Washington. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price and other factor e.g. past performance and quality. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation. Which will be considered by the agency? Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price any prompt payment discount terms, company name point of contact, address, phone number, fax phone tax identification number, DUNS number and size status i.e., small business disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is on GSA schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due May 10, 2003
