- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Owl Computing Technologies, on other than full and competitive basis, an award for 4 each Secure Directory File Transfer System Application Software, part #DFTS-W2-H0-03 and a 1 year continued secure application hotline service and support. Sole source is based Owl Computing Technologies having the only system that has been approved for operational use and is able to support Lotus Domino Replication. See note(s) 22.
