- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract The rental of a 80 foot articulating high lift and a B75 diesel air compressor for Navy Public Works Center, Washington, D.C. This contract will be awarded as using FAR Part 12 and 13. The FSC code is 4301 and the NAICS Code is 532490. BACKGROUND. CLIN 0001. Rental of a 80FT Articulating High Lift equal to or similar to JLG Model 800A, quantity 30-90 days, CLIN 0002. Rental of a B75 Diesel Air Compressor similar to or equal to Ingersoll-Rand 375WD, Quantity 30-90 days.
