- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448 intends to purchase on a sole source basis a gun barrel cleaning system manufactured by Milfoam Ltd, and distributed by GSM LLC, Carlsbad, CA 92008. This system is considered unique due to its drive brush technology and nontoxic cleaner. The Request for Quote number is N00178-03-Q-1032. Anticipated Award Date is 12 May 2003. FOB Destination applies. DoD will no longer award contract to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be done by assessing the CCR Web Site at http://www.ccr.gov.
