- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Goodrich Corporation, De-Icing and Specialty Systems Division, 1551 Corporate Woods Parkway, Union Town, OH 44685-8799 on a sole source basis for 230 each Erosion Coating, part number 4A5043-01, and 230 each Erosion Coating, part number 4A5043-02. These are pre-cut components specifically for the Landing Craft Air Cushioned Lift Fan Impeller Blade. No other manufacturer makes these specific components, and the government does not possess the technical data necessary to permit another manufacturer to develop a comparable component. Delivery will be ACU-5, Camp Pendleton, CA. NAICS Code 326299 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 9320
