Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, NY 11714, for technical manual updates required to support E-2C operation and installation of the NP2000 propeller system, including appropriate information related to system integration, operation and maintenance. Northrop Grumman is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the E-2 aircraft and is, therefore, the only source that possesses the indepth technical knowledge and technical data necessary to provide these services within the time required to meet USN requirements.
